Tailgate Poles ertification
Our products will undergo the following series of tests before they leave the factory, and only after the tests are qualified, will they be arranged for packing
High and low temperature test equipment
Verify if the product function is normal before the experiment. The storage temperature is + 90℃ and the humidity 30% ~ 90%. Then the poles were placed in the test chamber for 8 hours. When the test is completed, the poles can stretch out normally. Connecting the poles to the power supply, the working temperature is +90℃, the humidity is 40% ~ 90%. Then the poles were placed in the test chamber for 8 hours. The poles can be normally stretched and the function is normal.
Salt Spray Test
Place the poles in 5% NACL solution of salt spray for 256 hours, wash the solution with flowing water, rinse with distilled water, stand it for 1-2 hours. Finally check if the pole is rusty.
Independent testing equipment for struts
Before packing, each strut will be independently tested to simulate the working environment of the strut on the tailgate to ensure that the strut can work normally.
Independent testing of product accessories
Water- proof Test
Perform IPX4 waterproof rating standard, put the poles in the car, dripping for 10 minutes, flusing for many times.
